Click The Blue Button For More J-N Photos
Ever wonder about other photos that Journal-News reporters and photographers have taken at events where you've seen them at work -- the photos that weren't published?
Now you have the opportunity to see those other images and to purchase professionally printed photographs.
The Journal-News has linked up with MyNewsPhotos.com to provide an easy, convenient way to not only see all the photos we didn't have space for in the paper, but to order these -- as well as ones we did publish -- printed on quality Kodak professional paper, or on a t-shirt, coffee mug or computer-mouse pad.
The images are posted in a special link to the paper's web site. Simply log on to www.thejournal-news.net and then click on the "blue button" on most pages, including the home page and sports pages.
Select the folder of photos you would like to see. Available today are the Nokomis football game against Jacksonville Routt, the Litchfield Halloween parade and Veiled Non-Profit ceremony, the Nokomis girls volleyball regional win, the dedication of a memorial to the Kiefer boys at Beckemeyer School, and an assortment of photos from our Oct. 25 issue.
Open the folder and the individual photos will appear. There may be more than one page. Click on the "thumbnail" of the photo you are interested in and a larger one will appear for your inspection.
To the right of the photo will appear a list of products featuring the photo. An 8x10 print is only $15.99, plus postage and handling. A photo mug is $24.99 (a great gift) and an extra large adult photo t-shirt is only $25.99 (show off your favorite player in action).
It's easy to order and the site is secure for use of a credit card.
