From the parade to the baby crawlers to everything in between, the Journal-News has you covered for Old Settlers. Here are some of the sights from this year's celebration.

It was a hair raising experience for Brayden Laughlin, who stopped to smile en route to a third place finish in his division of the Old Settlers baby crawling contest, held Sunday at the Hillsboro Moose Lodge.
Little Miss Old Settlers candidate Lauryn Miller had "Fun Fun Fun" performing a song and dance routine to the Beach Boys favorite.
This year's Little Miss Old Settlers Ava Pollard performed a tumbling and dance routine to the Cyndi Lauper favorite, "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun."

The presence of light rain did not deter any of this year's Old Settlers Days turtle race participants. Thirty-three contestants brought in their turtles and "Sweetie" on the left owned by Marah, 5, and Brady Huber, 9, of Hillsboro took the Grand Championship ribbon. On the right are Stephanie, 17, and Chris Carson, 9, also of Hillsboro with their turtle "Stripe" who took second in a very close final race. The turtle races are sponsored by the Hillsboro Sertoma Club and to the best of Sertoma members memories, this was the 29th annual turtle racing event.
Pastor Jeff Hemken of the Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro was the speaker at this year's Old Settlers community worship service.
