Charles Richard "Chuck" Trader, 87, of Hillsboro, formerly of Redding, CA, died Sunday, May 10, 2015, at 12:10 a.m. at Hillsboro Rehabilitation & Health Care in Hillsboro.
There are no services planned at this time. Cremation rites were accorded and burial will take place in California at a later date.
Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Trader was born on Jan. 17, 1928, in Leroy. He married his wife, Mona Trader, in California, and she preceded him in death.
He was a truck driver, ranch hand and also worked for a tire company. During his lifetime he lived in Redding, CA, and Hillsboro. He was a member of the Moose Lodge in Redding, CA.
Mr. Trader is survived by one son, Charles O. (wife Terry) Trader of Hillsboro.
Besides his wife, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Evelyn Moore.
