Connie (Fravala) Phillips, 74, of Kansas City, MO, formerly of Hillsboro, died on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018.
Funeral arrangements are pending.
Mrs. Phillips was born on Jan. 16, 1944, in Hillsboro, to George and Virginia Jean Fravala. She married Larry Phillips, and he survives.
She was raised on a farm in East Fork Township, and graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1962.
Mrs. Phillips later graduated from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville, and taught school in Kansas City, MO.
She had a passion for antiques and owned Cherry Street Interiors until her retirement.
In addition to her husband of Kansas City, MO, she is survived by a sister, Kay (Philip) Grabbe of Fillmore; a brother, Mike (Carol) Fravala of Peoria; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
