Edward Chesney, 58, of South Carolina, formerly of Litchfield, died Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018, at Aiken Regional Medical Centers.
The body has been conveyed to Taylorville for services and burial. Cole Funeral Home in Aiken, SC, handled the arrangements for the family.
Mr. Chesney was born Aug. 3, 1960, in Litchfield, the son of Alex and Shirley (Boelhuf) Chesney.
In his leisure time, he enjoyed watching wrestling and fishing, and he loved his family.
He is survived by his sons, Edward, Jr. and Lonnie Chesney of Litchfield; and sisters, Loretta Hires of Hillsboro, Mary Chesney of Taylorville, Deborah Chesney of Collinsville, Julie (husband Joe) Bertan of Litchfield and Anna Chesney of Carlinville.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kayla; brother, Bernie Chesney; and sister, Shirley King.
