Helen June Huber, 92, of Wilmington, OH, died Thursday afternoon, March 26, 2015, at Cape May Retirement Community.   

Funeral services were held Wednesday, April 1, at Faith Lutheran Church in Wilmington, OH, with the Rev. June Fryman officiating. Fisher-Edgington Funeral Home in Wilmington, OH, is in charge of  arrangements.

Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, April 6, in Harvel Cemetery in Harvel with Pastor Scott Busacker officiating. Hough Funeral Home in Raymond is in charge of local arrangements.

Mrs. Huber was born on June 15, 1922, in Ava, the daughter of the late Asa Julius and Clara Anna (Griffin) Williams. She married Howard William Huber in November of 1948, in East St. Louis, and he preceded her in death on April 20, 1979.

She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Wilmington, OH, where she was active with WELCA and the tag sale.  She had worked for 15 years in the 1940-50s with the Alton and Southern Railroad as a secretary.

Mrs. Huber is survived by her daughter, Lynn Ann (David) Ackerman of New Vienna, OH; and a granddaughter, Beth Ackerman of Wilmington, OH.

Besides her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her two brothers, Harold "Curly" Vernon Williams and Norman Carl Williams; and a sister, Irma Lorraine Hubert.
