John B. White, 61, of Hillsboro died Saturday, July 19, 2014 at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Taylor Springs.
Cremation rites were accorded and a private memorial service will be held at a later date. Hough & Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
He was born July 7, 1953 in Miami, FL to William and Dorothy (McDonald) White.
A graduate of Hillsboro High School, he attended Western Illinois University in Macomb and the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
He is survived by his mother, Dorothy; two sisters, Roi (Dan) Thorpe and Dana (Kurt) Armstrong; one brother, George (Ronda) White; and several nieces and nephews.
The family is grateful to the Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Staff for their many years of quality care.
