John A. Castleman, 44, of LaCrosse, WI, died Thursday, April 30, 2015.
Memorial services were held Thursday, May 7, at Prairie Temple Church of Virden.
Mr. Castleman was born in Carlinville on May 12, 1970, the son of Jack and Sandra (Yates) Castleman.
He attended Virden schools. He was a cook and in his leisure time he loved to watch sports and fish.
Mr. Castleman is survived by his mother and stepfather, Sandra and Brent Pruett of Litchfield; brothers, Dan Castleman of LaCrosse, WI, Rick (wife Heidi) Castleman of Bloomington, Mike (wife Lisa) Castleman of Lexington, Steve (wife Megan) Castleman of Hudson and Cory (wife Amanda) Castleman of Virden; sister, Beverly Conelly of Tucson, AZ; and stepsisters, Kim Younger of Pana, Gayl (husband Brett) McFarin of Blue Mound.
