A private family gathering was held Tuesday, March 17, at the Memorial Park Funeral Home in Memphis, TN, to remember the life of Jonathan Joseph Hoefker.
Mr. Hoefker died Sunday, March 15, 2015, in the Methodist Hospice Residence in Memphis, TN.
He was born on Nov. 23, 1975, in West Point, MS. A 1993 graduate of Indian Springs School in Birmingham, AL, he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Mississippi State University in 1998. He worked as an information security advisor for FedEx Services in Memphis.
He is survived by his wife, Dr. Sara (Chapman) Hoefker of Olive Branch, MS; two sons, Nathaniel Alexander and Samuel Henry Hoefker of Olive Branch, MS; his parents, Joe and Kathy (Zuber) Hoefker of Montevallo, AL; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harold and Betty Hoefker and Chris F. and Lucille Zuber, who lived in Litchfield.
