Juanita Faye Timo, 98, of Litchfield died Wednesday, April 15, 2015, at 3:09 a.m. at Heritage Health Therapy and Senior Care in Litchfield.

No visitation will be held. Private family funeral services will be held Saturday, April 18, at 11 a.m. at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield with Mrs. Timo’s grandson, the Rev. James Stanton of Hartford, officiating.

Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield.

Mrs. Timo was born on Oct. 9, 1916, in Idalia, MO, the daughter of the late W. M. and Millie (George) Triplett. She married Tilio Timo in Detroit, MI, and he preceded her in death on Feb. 1, 2012.

She was a member of Living Stones Church in Litchfield. She  was a homemaker and also worked as a sales clerk for Fashion Lane and at Roller Derby Skate Corp., both in Litchfield.

Mrs. Timo enjoyed gardening, canning, raising flowers and sewing.

She is survived by two sons, Alfred (Margaret) Timo of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, and Donald (Ruby) Timo of Litchfield; three daughters, Patricia (Larry) Jordan of Bunker Hill, Barbara (Charles) Bishop and Sharon (Kent) Redfern, both of Litchfield; 16 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, Mrs. Timo was preceded in death by her stepmother, Ellie Triplett; four brothers, Roy, Vader, Everett and Elmer Triplett; two sisters, Virgie Fisk and Sylvia Harper; and three infant children at birth.

The family suggests memorials to the Litchfield Food Pantry or Paws Care of Montgomery County.
