Lowgun Edward Hamby, infant son of Heather Marie Stewart of Butler and Ty Hamby Bateman of Walshville, died at 10:57 p.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, July 3, at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Ed Fogle of Litchfield officiating.
Burial will be in Sunnyside Cemetery in Sorento.
In addition to his parents, Lowgun is survived by his maternal grandparents, Kevin and April (Horn) Stewart of Butler; maternal great-grandparents, George (Danna) Stewart of Litchfield, Ethel (Harry) Lash of Kincaid, Jan (Bill) Beckham and Vicki Hern and Robert Wicker, all of Litchfield; maternal great-great-grandmother, Mary Horn of Litchfield; maternal great-great-grandfather, Warren L. Fogle, Sr. of Litchfield; paternal grandparents, Brian and Joni (Hamby) Bateman of Walshville and Todd and Christina May of Mt. Olive; paternal great-grandparents, Steve and Linda Hamby of Walshville, Larry and Brenda Bateman of Marissa, Wayne May and Sandy Karlson of Litchfield; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Darius Torrey; maternal great-great-grandfather, Charles Horn; maternal great-great-grandmother, Violet Fogle; and paternal great-great-grandparents, Tony and Joyce Hamby, Irvin and Nadine Beal and Earl Applegate.
