Mary Catherine (Frkovich)  Fargo, 96, died on Feb. 22, 2013, in Germantown, WI.

Visitation will be from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Thursday, March 21, at Schmidt and Bartelt Funeral Home in Menomonee Falls, WI. A memorial service will follow at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Hillsboro.

Mrs. Fargo was born in Flat River, MO, on Jan. 27, 1917, the daughter of the late Anton and Josephine Frkovich. She married Joseph J. Fargo, and he preceded her in death.

The Frkovich family moved to Taylor Springs from Missouri in 1920. She and her husband were in the construction business and also taught Latin American dancing.

Mrs. Fargo retired from the restaurant business in the 1990s. She was an avid quilter, sewer and gardener.

She is survived by her daughters, Patricia M. Goff of Roswell, NM, Michalene M. (husband Richard) Kilbury of Bend, OR, and Mary Jo Fargo of Longmont, CO; sons, John A. (wife Susan) Fargo of Germantown, WI, Dr. James J. Fargo, DDS, of Falls Church, VA, and Gregory A. Fargo of Los Angeles, CA; ten granddaughters; nine grandsons; ten great-granddaughters; 21 great-grandsons; three great-great-grandsons; and Rose (husband Martin) Frkovich, William (wife Rose) Ribish, Jeri and Harry Newman and Shirley Sczesny of Milwaukee, WI, Lillian (husband Emil Jim) Fargo of Los Angeles, CA, and Chester and Clara Sczesny of Sun City, AZ.

In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Fargo was preceded in death by her twin brother, John Frkovich; son, Frederick L. Fargo; grandson, J.P. Hauser; twin brothers, Anthony Frkovich and Joseph Frkovich; twin sisters, Catherine (husband Vernon) Boode and Antonia (husband Alex) Nistor; sisters, Rose (husband Jerome) Brien, Frances (husband Ray) Bramel, Lucille (husband C.E.) McDaniel, Rosa Frkovich and Pauline Frkovich; and brothers, Martin Frkovich, Emil Jim Fargo and Antone Frkovich.
