Adelia Bale, 96, of Kincaid, died on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019, at 1:45 a.m. in Kincaid.
A graveside funeral will be held Thursday, Sept. 5, beginning at 10 a.m. in Witt Cemetery. Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home of Witt is assisting the family.
Ms. Bale was born Aug. 5, 1923, in Witt, to Otis and Mary (Scott) Wheat. She married Roy Edward Schoen, and later Roy Bale.
She was a State of Illinois retiree and was a member of the Presbyterian faith.
Ms. Bale is survived by her daughter, Teena (Marlin) Durbin of Kincaid; grandchildren, Todd Bergschneider and Jaime (Chris) Silva; several great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husbands; a grandchild, Brian Bergschneider; a brother, Robert Wheat; and sister, Marge Buttol.
