Betty Ann (Lazenby) McDill Pugh, 77, of Irving, died March 20, 2024, at Hillsboro Health.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 2, at 2 p.m. with a visitation from1 until service time at Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
Mrs. Pugh was born on Sept. 28, 1946 in Hillsboro to the late Hubert A. and Olpha Bernice (Morell) Lazenby. She married Guy McDill Jr., and he preceded her in death in 1975. She then married Larry Pugh, and he preceded her in death in 1999.
Mrs. Pugh was a graduate of Hillsboro High School and Southern Illinois School of Cosmetology in Centralia. She was a past member of Calvary Baptist Church where she worked in the library and was a current member of East Fork Baptist Church and Red Hat Society.
Mrs. Pugh worked as a hairdresser and at Hedlund Manufacturing (The Ski Factory) in Nokomis, as well as a homemaker.
Mrs. Pugh is survived by three daughters, Karen Sue McDill Eggersmeier of Benton, MO, Kathy Victoria (Dan) Pugh Brewer of Litchfield and Karel Ann Pugh Sanchez of Irving; grandchildren Andrew Eggersmeier, Alexander and Cameron Sanchez and Isabella Brewer and Daniel Brewer Jr.
She was preceded in death by her parents; both husbands; one brother, Larry Lazenby; and grandson Lee Edward Eggersmeier.

Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro are assisting the family with arrangements.
