Betty Jean Wineburner, 90, of Irving, died quietly in her sleep on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at 10:30 a.m. 

No public services are planned. A private family gathering will be held to spread her ashes in the orchard at the home that she and her husband shared for more than 40 years in Irving.

Mrs. Wineburner was born June 24, 1930. She married David Wineburner, and he preceded her in death. 

She is survived by her children, Anna Engleman Lyle, Marsha Engleman Moore, Donna Engleman (husband James) Wolke, Randy Katzmarek, Jacqueline (husband Michael) Stolte, Kevin (wife Cheryl) Wineburner, Keith (wife Lisa) Wineburner, Kimberly Wineburner (husband Timothy) White, Kelly (partner Marcia Enos) Wineburner, Krista Wineburner and Kenneth Wineburner; three sisters, Shirley (husband Donald) Sadler, Phyllis Warden and Mariam Sumpter, all near Belgrade, MO; 19 grandchildren; more than 30 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her husband, Mrs. Wineburner was preceded in death by her parents; brothers-in-law, LeRoy Warden and Donnie Ray Sumpter; and daughter-in-law, Cindy Katzmarek.
