Billy Joe Webb Jr., 58, of Coffeen, died on Friday, Dec. 20, 2019, at Barnes Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, Dec. 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Jeff Hemken, Pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro, officiating. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery in Rural Coffeen.

Mr. Webb was born on March 7, 1961, in St. Louis, MO, to Billy Joe and Pauline (Ayers) Webb, Sr. He married Deronda “Dondi” McDaniel in St. Louis, MO, on September 24, 1983.

He graduated from Riverview Gardens High School, in St. Louis, MO, in 1979. Mr. Webb hauled cars as a truck driver throughout his life. He was a member of the Teamster Union.

In his spare time, he loved hunting, fishing, music, his Harley-Davidson motorcycle, camping and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball games.

Mr. Webb is survived by his wife; mother, Pauline (John) Goforth of St. Louis, MO; children, Kristin (Nathan) Fenton of Hillsboro, Joe Webb of Coffeen, Stacie (Zachary) Nalley of Vandalia and Amy (Jeremy) Crowder of St. Louis, MO; grandchildren, Natalee Fenton, Brooklyn Fenton, Paisley Fenton, Taylor Crowder and Jacob Crowder; and sibling, Betty Joe Webb.

He was preceded in death by his father.
