Bob Bruckert, 70, of Bunker Hill, died at 5:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec, 10, 2019, at his residence.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Dec. 18, at Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill, with Pastor Brian Holle officiating. Burial was at Rose Lawn Memory Gardens. Kravanya Funeral Home in Bunker Hill assisted the family with arrangements.
Mr. Bruckert was born on March 30, 1949, in Litchfield, to Harry Bruckert and Gwen (Smith) Bruckert. He was a graduate of Bunker Hill High School and Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Mr. Bruckert was a retired salesman for Landreth Lumber.
He was a member of the Amateur Trap Shooting Association and judge for the National Shoot To Retrieve Field Trial Association.
Mr. Bruckert is survived by his sister, Candy Bruckert of Bunker Hill; half brother, Ron (Ginny) Bruckert; and nephews, Brian Greeling and Jason Greeling.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and half brother, Denny Bruckert.
