Beulah I. Lewiski, 92, of Coalton, died Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2020, at 9:55 p.m. at Hillsboro Area Hospital in Hillsboro.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 28, from 12 to 2 p.m. at Sutton Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral services will follow at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Rena Bell officiating. Burial will be held in Nokomis Cemetery.

Mrs. Lewiski was born May 17, 1927, in Taylorville, the daughter of Albert and Mabel (Stephens) Christian. She married Albert Lewiski, Sr. on June 2, 1948, in Nokomis, and he preceded her in death on Nov. 23, 2004. 

A seamstress at the dress factory in Nokomis, she was a member of the Nokomis First Baptist Church.

She is survived by her son, Albert Lewiski, Jr. of Coalton; daughter, Sharon Carlock of Nokomis; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sons, Robert Lewiski and Greg Lewiski; daughter, Alberta Lewiski; brothers, Herman, Alvey and John Christian; sisters, Treva Austin, Louise Peters, Monzella Routzen, Geneva Christian and Rosie Hillard.
