Carl L. Burval, 72, of Litchfield, died on Friday, March 20, 2020, at his residence.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Burval was born on Jan. 1, 1948, in Elgin, to Frank and Gladys (Osborn) Burval.He married Grace Godin on July 17, 1976.
Mr. Burval was a graduate of Main West High School in Des Plaines. He was a minister and hospice clergy. Mr. Burval was also an executive director for the Association of Christian Truckers in Brownstown and past coordinator of four midwestern states with Gospel Fellowship Christian Retreat in Bradenton, FL.
Mr. Burval is survived by his wife; mother; children, Sarah (Kevin) Hanson of Texas, Angelina (John) Stevens of Wisconsin and Joseph Burval of Litchfield; two grandchildren; and one sister, Kathy Burris of Litchfield.
He was preceded in death by his father.
