Charles “Chuck” W. Hobson, 65, of Virden, formerly of Farmersville, died on Monday, Aug. 8, 2022, at 11:06 p.m. at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.
Graveside services will be held at Macoupin Creek Cemetery in Farmersville at a later date. Hough Memorial Home in Farmersville is assisting the family.
Mr. Hobson was born March 29, 1957, in Litchfield, to Robert Leo and Patricia (Baker) Hobson, Sr.
He is survived by his siblings, Judy Caudle, Jayne Bohamer, James Dean Hobson and Jeanice Hobson.
Mr. Hobson was preceded in death by his brother, Robert Jr.; sister, Joyce Young; two nieces; and two nephews.
