After a successful first community-wide event last year, the Greater Hillsboro Ministerial Fellowship is sponsoring another Hill-o-Ween event, “Honk or Treat” drive-through on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 2 to 4 p.m.
Churches participating in the event are Calvary Baptist, First Presbyterian, Free Methodist, St. Paul’s Lutheran and World Harvest. Families are asked to stay in their cars, as children are given individually-wrapped and bagged candy. COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, and everyone is asked not to leave their cars, wear face coverings, and wash or sanitize hands.
“Come out to celebrate God’s sweet love that treats you to the gift of salvation,” said Pastor Stefen Munker, pastor of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church.
