Donna Alberta Tom, 74, of Pana, died on Thursday, Nov. 12, 2020, at OSF Healthcare in Danville.
Cremation rites will be accorded and no services are planned at this time. McCracken-Dean Funeral Home in Pana is assisting the family.
Ms. Tom was born Aug. 23, 1946, in Chicago, to Viola (Paradee) Strunk.
During her career, she worked in home health care, various factories and Pana Walmart.
Ms. Tom enjoyed writing poems and drawing, and even wrote a book about the styles of the 1950s. She also enjoyed the occasional video game.
She is survived by her children, Kimberly Jacobs of Panama City, FL, Jennie Andrews and Raecine (Lloyd) Koonce, both of Witt, Raymond Tom of Utah and Pamela Tom of Ramsey; and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ms. Tom was preceded in death by her mother, Viola Sampson; and siblings, Ronald Crocker and Jesse Crocker.
