Donna L. Cunningham, 81, of Butler, died at 12:52 p.m. on Sunday Oct. 27, 2019, at her residence.

Visitation will be held on Friday, Nov. 1, from 10 a.m. to noon at Bass Patton Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will follow, beginning at noon, at the funeral home, with the Rev. Matt Ferguson of the First Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro officiating. Burial will be at Reno Bethel Cemetery in Reno.

Mrs. Cunningham was born on March 1, 1938, in Reno, to the late Eldon and Wilma (Spies) Lohman. She married Cary Bill Cunningham on March 16, 1955 in Greenville, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 1994.

A longtime beautician, Mrs. Cunningham lived much of her life in Reno, before moving to Butler in 1980. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Reno.

Mrs. Cunningham is survived by five children, Debra J. Cunningham of Butler, Cary Bill (wife Cynthia) Cunningham of Butler, Phillip Earl (wife Tammy) Cunningham of Panama, Jeffrey (wife Alice) Cunningham of Butler and Scott Cunningham of Butler; 12 grandchildren, Heath (wife Rachel) Cunningham, Amy (husband Derek) Jones, Cary Cunningham, Abigail (husband Andrew) Billington, Chad Cunningham (companion Judy), Kimberly Cunningham, Shawn Cunningham, Adrian Murray (companion Craig), Ashley Murray, Brandy Murray, Travis Cunningham and Michael Cunningham; several great-grandchildren; three sisters, Patsy Sutton, Willa Earnst and Lois Veres; four brothers, Robert Lohman, Richard (wife Dee) Lohman, Michael (wife Julie) Lohman and Brian Lohman; a companion of 23 years, Ivan Gene Reener and his son, Gene (wife Tracy) Reener; sister-in-law, Tedra Johnson of Greenville; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by one granddaughter, Cayla Degg; and two sisters, Karen Lohman and Mona Knight.

Memorials are suggested to Shriners Hospital or Reno Bethel Cemetery.
