Dorothea E. (Moore) Ladendorf, 54, of Staunton, died on Friday, Aug. 16, 2019, at 3:20 p.m. at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Cremation rites will be accorded and graveside services will be held at a later date. Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie is assisting the family.
Mrs. Ladendorf was born June 28, 1965, to Robert Moore and Joann (Holley) Hoorman. She married Mike Ladendorf on July 1, 2013, in Carlinville, and he survives.
During her career, she served as a home health caregiver.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her father, Robert (Nancy) Moore of Carlinville; mother of Litchfield; children, Jessica (Benjamin) Shaw of Carlinville and Kevin Stanley and Kiley Ladendorf, both of Staunton; granddaughters, Jayden Shaw and Anabella Shaw; sisters, Marie (Krayton) Goeringer of Standard City and Becky (Kelly) Erisman of Franks, NV; and brothers, Mark Moore of Carlinville and Jimmy Moore of Farmington, MO.
Mrs. Ladendorf was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Moore; and nephew, Benjamin Moore.
