Eilene Marie Toberman, 91, of Pana, died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Shelby Memorial Hospital in Shelbyville.
Graveside funeral services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, April 21, at Gridley Cemetery in Gridley with Pastor Paul Wier officiating.
Mrs. Toberman was born on Feb. 9, 1924, in Nokomis, the daughter of Milo Julius and Dora Evelyn (Crooks) Johnson. After high school, she joined the United States Marine Corps Women's Reserve.
She married Russell E. Toberman on Dec. 8, 1948, in Mt. Home, AR, and he preceded her in death on Jan. 2, 1977. She is a member of the Methodist church.
She is survived by two sons, Gary (Mary) Toberman of Tower Hill and Kent (Kathy) Toberman of Carlock, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Glenn Johnson.
