Elizabeth O’Malley, 78, of Hillsboro, died on Sunday, Jan. 17, 2021, at Hillsboro Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is in charge of arrangements.
Ms. O’Malley was born Nov. 26, 1942, in Chicago, to Richard and Josephine (Golden) O’Malley.
During her career, she worked as a bookkeeper at a YMCA. She loved animals, 4-H and the Girl Scouts.
Ms. O’Malley is survived by her two brothers, Richard and Terrance O’Malley, both of Sterling.
