Emil Edward “Butch” Schneck, 37, of Sorento, died on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2020, in St. Louis, MO.
Cremation rites were accorded, per his wishes. A private graveside service and interment of cremains will be held at New Douglas Cemetery. Lesicko Funeral Home in Livingston is assisting the family.
Mr. Schneck was born March 23, 1983, in Litchfield, to Edward A. Schneck and Renee (McCoy) Reidelberger.
He served as a construction laborer with Union Local #47, and was also a union carpenter. He worked many other jobs throughout his life.
Mr. Schneck is survived by his children, Brook, Blaine and Gavin; his father, Edward “Beano” (wife Kathryn) Schneck; mother, Renee McCoy (husband Mike) Reidelberger; brother, Michael D. (fiancee Amy Buehne) McCoy; sisters, Elizabeth (husband Jose) Cabral and Stephanie (husband Trace) Pasley; nephews and nieces, Ayden, Jacob, Isaac, Trinity and Savanah; paternal grandmother, Mossie Schneck; and maternal grandmother, Darlene Dubree.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Edward O. “Bud” Schneck.
