Gerald Smith, 75, of Lebanon, died at 9:37 p.m. on Monday, April 27, 2020, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville.
Cremation rites were accorded. Burial of his cremated remains will be held at a later date. Kalmer Memorial Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
Mr. Smith was born on Dec. 29, 1944, in Litchfield, the son of the late Irvin and Ruth (Dilliard) Smith. He married Gertrude Moore, she preceded him in death on March 17, 2013.
Mr. Smith is survived by his daughter, Kimberly (Brian) Morris of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Kelli, Shane, Tiffany and Jordan; and five great-grandchildren, Selena, Khalani, Lotus, Messiah and Serenity.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; and son, Gerald E. Smith, Jr.
