Hazlee Faith Wolfe, infant, died on Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, at 3:02 p.m. at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield.
Graveside memorial services will be held Monday, Aug. 27, beginning at 1 p.m. at Elmwood Cemetery in Litchfield with Bro. Nathan Diveley, of Southside Church in Litchfield, officiating. Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield is assisting the family.
Hazlee was born Saturday, Aug. 4, 2018, at 11:45 a.m. at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield to William J. and Samantha Jean (Dyer) Wolfe of Litchfield.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother, Hunter Wolfe; two sisters, Hailey and Hadley Wolfe; maternal great-grandparents, Don and Delorise Dyer of Waggoner; and paternal great-grandmother, Martha Weatherford of Litchfield.
Hazlee was preceded in death by her grandfather, Harry James "Jim" Wolfe.
