Helen Louise (Meyer) Lutz, 85, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at Jacksonville Memorial Hospital.

Mrs. Lutz was born on May 18, 1939, the daughter of Howard Phillip and Thelma Lucille (Brooks) Meyer in Raymond. She grew up going to school in both the Franklin and Jacksonville school districts. She completed her practical nursing program in Jacksonville and earned her title as LPN.
She married Kenneth Dale Lutz Sr. on Dec. 7, 1990, and he preceded her in death on Oct. 19, 2001.
Mrs. Lutz attended the Raymond Baptist church. She enjoyed the hobby of reading and loved motorcycles. She loved spending time with her friends and they will all miss her dearly.
Mrs. Lutz is survived by her children Kimberly “Kim” (William) Crain of Auburndale, FL, Marvin “Butch” Leon Fairfield Jr. of Taylorville and Tracy (Jason) Ransom of Jacksonville; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; brother, Harold W. (Deb) Meyer of Mechanicsburg, VA; and a special person that she called her own daughter, Stephanie Hall.
In addition to her parents and husband, Mrs. Lutz was preceded in death by a great grandchild.
