James LaMar Kranich, 86, of Hillsboro, formerly of Litchfield, died on Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 6:08 p.m. at Montgomery Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Hillsboro.
Mr. Kranich was born on Feb. 22, 1933, in Litchfield, to Lester Lee and Edith Mae (Cerolla) Kranich. He married JoAnn Elliott on August, 26, 1955, in Hillsboro. Mr. Kranich was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, son, daughter, four grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one daughter, Molly Bea Olson; and a sister, Jean Heyen.
Litchfield Family Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
