Jim Keller, 83, of Farmersville, died on Sunday, Aug. 2, 2020, at HSHS St. John’s Hospital in Springfield.

Visitation will be held outside Wednesday, Aug. 5, from 5 to 7 p.m. at St. Mary’s Church in Farmersville. Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:30 a.m. at the church with Father Chris officiating. Per CDC guidelines the church will only be allowed 25 percent capacity, and facemasks are requested. Burial will follow at St. Martin’s Cemetery in Farmersville.

Bramley Funeral Home, Divernon is in charge of arrangements.

Mr. Keller was born Aug. 10, 1936, in Litchfield, the son of Herbert and Mary Leahan Keller. He married Linda Stharfenberg on Aug. 22, 1962, and she survives.

A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Keller was a lifelong member of St. Mary’s Church in Farmersville and a member of the Knights of Columbus in Farmersville.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons, Ron (Angela) Keller of Cary and Tom Keller of Farmersville; one grandson, Joseph Keller of Farmersville; one sister, Margaret Keller of Girard; and one brother, William Keller of Carlinville.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Roesemary.
