Joe Hubbard, 49, of Libertyville, who spent much of his childhood in Hillsboro, died on Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Funeral services will begin at 3 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, at Donnellan Family Funeral Services in Skokie. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. before services at the funeral home.
Mr. Hubbard was born on Dec. 19, 1969, the son of Paul and Charlotte (Hersch) Hubbard. He worked in radio sales for more than 25 years in and around Chicago, most recently at iHeartRadio Chicago as a senior account executive.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife Kathy; children Emma Joanne Hubbard, Bennett James Hubbard, Anna Carol Hubbard, Shaila (Adam) Sweders, Johnny (Alyssa) Maloney, Billy Maloney and Joey Maloney; grandchildren Ryan and Jack Sweders; a brother, Steve (Stacey) Hubbard; and nieces Alexa Hamilton and Lydia Hubbard.
