Joseph Leroy Light, 86, of Hillsboro, died on Friday, Jan. 1, 2021, at Hillsboro Area Hospital.
No services are planned at this time. Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro is assisting the family.
During his career, he worked at the Roller Derby in Litchfield. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Hillsboro.
Mr. Light is survived by his children, William J. (Deb) Light of Pana, Thomas G. Light of Hillsboro, Debra (Mark) Williams and Ava (David) Laurent, both of Irving, Sara Light and Tara Light, both of Sandoval; 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and four siblings, Donald, William, Barb and Nancy.
