Judy Owen, 66, of Hillsboro, died on Friday, Sept. 6, 2019, at her home.
Mrs. Owen was born on July 2, 1953 in Romulus, MI, to Charles and Florence Scribner. She married James Owen. Mrs. Owen was a Licensed Practical Nurse and a homemaker. She was creative and enjoyed making jewelry.
Mrs. Owen is survived by her husband; and one sister, Jeanie Markham of Mulberry Grove.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one sister, Marie.
Visitation will be held at noon on Monday, Sept. 9, at Hough and Sons Funeral Home in Hillsboro. Funeral services will follow, at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cress Hill Cemetery in Hillsboro. Hough and Sons Funeral home in Hillsboro is assisting the family with arrangements.
