Juliann M. Guidish, 77, of Orland Park and Naples, FL, formerly of Nokomis, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006, in Naples.

Services were held Saturday, Nov. 25, at St. Peters Catholic Church in Naples. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9, at St. Louis Catholic Church, Nokomis, with the Rev. Fr. Chris Comerford officiating.

Fuller Funeral Home of East Naples was in charge of arrangements. Memorials may be given to St. Louis Catholic School in Nokomis.

Juliann was born April 12, 1929, the daughter of Steve and Anna Golitko. She graduated from Nokomis High School in 1946.

She married Joseph Guidish on April 29, 1950. She was an avid golfer and won seven club championships in Calumet Golf Course at Chicago and two golf championships at Royal Palm Golf Course, Naples, FL. She also enjoyed cooking for her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her children, Joe Jr. (wife Anne) Guidish, Jayne (husband Bob) Cummings, Jeff (wife Sue) Guidish, and Jerry (wife Anne) Guidish; 14 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; brothers, John Golitko of Nokomis and Charles Golitko of Witt; and several nieces and nephews, including Mike Charnisky of Nokomis.

Preceding her in death were her parents; son, Jim (wife Ellen) Guidish; brothers, Steven, Andrew and Joseph; and sister, Margaret.
