Kaden D. Reynolds, 16, of Nokomis, died Thursday, Dec. 12, 2019, at his residence.

Visitation will be held Monday, Dec. 16, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Nokomis. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. at the church. Burial will be held in Witt Cemetery in Witt. The family and staff of Stiehl-Dawson Funeral Home, along with the staff and administration of Nokomis High School and Trinity Lutheran Church are serving the family.

Unit #22 Nokomis High School will be open as an alternate location to attend the services, which will live-stream the services for anyone who wants to attend, but are unable to find a seat at the church.

Mr. Reynolds was born May 13, 2003, in Taylorville, the son of Kristopher and Jodi (Harston) Reynolds.

A junior at Nokomis High School, he was active in the Trinity Lutheran Church, the local FFA, where he held the office of secretary, Montgomery County Starr Shooters 4-H office of treasurer, Nokomis baseball and Pheasants Forever.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Kolin, Kyle and Konner Reynolds, all at home; grandparents, Kelly and Twila Reynolds of Nokomis, Judy Johnson of Coalton, and Gary and JoAnn Harston of Moweaqua.

Memorials may be made to the Nokomis FFA.
