Karen J. Hall, 75, of Gillespie, died at her home on Saturday, Oct. 23, 2021 at 3:30 a.m.
Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 28 at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie from 5 to 7 p.m. Funeral mass will be on Friday, Oct. 29 at SS Simon & Jude Church in Gillespie beginning at 10 a.m. with Father Michael Haag officiating. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Gillespie.
She was born Sept. 10, 1946, in St. Louis to Eugene Martin and Mary (Self) Martin. She married Charles E. Hall on Oct. 16, 1999 in St. Charles, MO. He preceded her in death on Jan. 7, 2021.
She worked for Phoenix Textile as a senior collector and was also a member of the SS Simon & Jude Altar Society.
Preceded in death by her parents and spouse, she is survived by her children, David (Lori) Wilkes of Pensacola, FL, Michelle (William, Jr.) Bertetto of Benld; grandchildren, Justin, Savannah, Samuel, Trinity, Elizabeth, William III, Joseph and Michael; siblings, Carol (Jerry) Radake of Hillsboro, MO, Dennis Martin of Afton, MO, Don Martin of Imperial, MO, Marilynn (Pat) Gordon of Imperial, MO, Nancy (Bill) Rakowski of Belleville and Richard Martin of St. Louis, MO.
