Kenny P. Wilderman, 65, of Morrisonville, died Saturday, July 18, 2020, at his residence.
Cremation rites were accorded and a memorial service will be held at a later date. McCracken-Dean Funeral Home in Pana is assisting the family.
Mr. Wilderman was born June 14, 1955, in Pana, to the late Kenneth E. and Barbara Ann (Siebert) Wilderman. He married Brenda Mars on Aug. 23, 1993, in Las Vegas, NV, and she survives.
A graduate of Lakeview High School in Decatur, he retired from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He loved music, trains, camping, spending time in his man cave, and reading, especially old westerns. He was known to be a jokester and enjoyed making people laugh. He never missed a meal and enjoyed his electronics.
He is survived by his daughters, Justine Wilderman of Nokomis and Tonya Cooper of San Antonio, TX; granddaughter, Madalyn; and siblings, Kevin (Carol) Wilderman of Pocahontas, Linda Sue (Keith) Rawlings of Decatur, Clay Wilderman of Assumption and Gail Wilderman of Decatur.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Sue Wilderman in infancy.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association and will be accepted at McCracken-Dean Funeral Home.
