Cassie Bradbury would add an insurance goal early in the second half as she netted the game’s second score off an assist from Hopper to make it 2-0.

Carlinville would come back to cut the lead to one on a goal by Levi Yudinsky, but Lincolnwood keeper Austin Gwinn would hold the Cavaliers scoreless from then on as the Lancers improved to 4-2-2 on the season. Gwinn would finish the game with 13 saves.
