Larry R. Greenwood, 58, of Litchfield, died on Tuesday, March 5, 2019, at his home.
A private family service will be held on Tuesday, March 12 at the Litchfield Family Funeral Service.
Mr. Greenwood was born on April 14, 1961, in Litchfield, to Eugene and Wanda (Heaton) Greenwood. He graduated from Litchfield High School. Following graduation he worked for the Gardens Restaurant until its closing.
Mr. Greenwood enjoyed caring for his nieces and nephews and particularly liked taking walks with them. He was always the one to remember important dates including each of his nieces, nephews and great-nieces birthdays.
Mr. Greenwood is survived by his mother; and siblings, Lawrence Swofford of Taylor Springs, Donald Greenwood of Litchfield and Clara Grimm of Litchfield.
He was preceded in death by his father; brothers, Mike Greenwood, Danny Greenwood and Gene Greenwood, Jr.; Aunt Ethel and Uncle Charles Heaton.
