Letha (Beaty) Bucshon, 80, of Kincaid, died Tuesday, Sept. 29, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Home in Springfield.

Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 1, from 12 to 1 p.m. at Masterson Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Kincaid. A Celebration of Life for Mr. and Mrs. Bucshon will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery in Pawnee.

Mrs. Bucshon was born Dec. 12, 1939, in Taylorville, the daughter of Glen and Beulah (Wood) Beaty. She married Andrew “Andy” Bucshon on Aug. 11, 1960, at First United Methodist Church in Taylorville, and he preceded her in death on May 2, 2018.

A member of St. Rita Catholic Church in Kincaid, she was also a member of the American Legion Post 905 Ladies Auxiliary in Kincaid.

She is survived by a daughter, Susan Hovey of Springfield; a son, Robert Bucshon of Springfield; three grandchildren, Sean Hovey, Erin (Nick) Schafer and Morgan (Andy) Graham; a sister, Aleta Kettelkamp of Nokomis; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Corrine; brothers, Wayne and Elmer “Ray”; and a brother-in-law, Kenneth.
