Lola M. Stokes, 68, of Ramsey, died Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2019, at 12:15 a.m. at her residence.
Visitation will be held Saturday, Nov. 16, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Stiehl Dawson Funeral Home in Nokomis. Funeral service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be held in Mt. Carmel Cemetery in Ramsey.
Mrs. Stokes was born May 29, 1951, in St. Elmo, to Josephine (Grubaugh) and Ray Chatham. She married William "Pudge" Stokes on July 17, 1972, at the First Baptist Church in Ramsey, and he survives.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by children, Pam Owens, Billie (Theresa) Stokes, Mark (Melissa) Stokes and Stephanie Stokes, all of Ramsey; grandchildren, Cody, Diana, Angela, Jeffery, Jamie, Jeremy, Alexis, Alex, Ashlyn, Adam, Travis and Destiny; and siblings, Wayne, Brenda, Russell, Clarence, Millie, Doris, Sharon, Phyllis, Billy, Eva, Sheila and Sandy.
