A Butler man who was convicted of two felonies in a jury trial last week is now wanted for another alleged crime, and law enforcement is looking for information on his whereabouts.
According to Montgomery County Sheriff Rick Robbins, Mackenzie R. Rhodes, 42, of Butler, is wanted on a warrant for theft after he allegedly stole over $500 worth of diesel fuel.
Rhodes is also awaiting sentencing on felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of a firearm by a felon. He was convicted of those offenses, committed in 2018, in a jury trial that concluded in Montgomery County Circuit Court on Jan. 29 last week.
The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is asking anyone with information that would help locate Rhodes to call them at 217-532-9511.
