Margaret M. Gresham, 71, of Godfrey, died on Thursday, Nov. 19, 2020, at 8:21 p.m. at OSF St. Anthony’s Health Center in Alton.
A drive-thru visitation will be conducted Tuesday, Nov. 24, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Gent Funeral Home in Alton. Guests are asked to enter through the south entrance off Rozier Street. Private funeral services will be held.
Mrs. Gresham was born March 1, 1949, in Alton, to Jack R. and Edna (Schleeper) Dover. She married Robert D. Gresham on Sept. 27, 1968, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Godfrey, and he survives.
She was a homemaker and an avid bike rider. She enjoyed boating, traveling and spending time with her grandkids.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Gresham is survived by her daughter, Amy (Kyle) Hacke of Hillsboro; son, Tom (Chris) Gresham of St. Louis, MO; three grandchildren, Cameron Hacke, Evan Gresham and Addyson Gresham; two brothers, Dick (Cheri) Dover of Godfrey and Tom (Nancy) Dover of Washington; and two sisters, Paula (Sam) Coffey of Alton and Pat (Art) Tite of Wood River.
Memorials may be directed to the American Heart Association.
