Mary Louise Otto, 87, of Bingham, died Wednesday, May 1, 2019, at Willowbrook Alzheimer and Dementia Care in Vandalia.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 3, from 9 to 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ramsey. Funeral services will follow at 10 a.m. at the church with Father Scott Snider officiating. Burial will be held in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Ramsey. Miller Funeral Home in Ramsey is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Otto was born Oct. 28, 1931, in Shafter Township, the daughter of Zach and Maude (Craig) Ulbricht, Sr. She married Anthony George Otto on Aug. 21, 1953, in Ramsey, and he survives.

A homemaker, she was very active on the family farm. She was a member of Mother of Dolors Catholic Church in Vandalia, and was a former member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Ramsey. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, who enjoyed quilting and gardening.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, Allen Otto of Bingham, Roger (Cindy) Otto of Bayle City and Terry (Lisa) Otto of Bingham; daughters, Linda Eller of Vandalia and Brenda (Scot) Usher of Fillmore; nine grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Earl Ulbricht and Zach Ulbricht, Jr.; and sisters, Evelyn Meador and Vivian Nave.

Memorials may be made to Fayette County Hospice and/or St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
