Mary Louise (Coker) Rimini, 88 of Litchfield, formerly of Springfield, died on Thursday, April 4, 2024, at Litchfield Health and Rehab Center.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till time of funeral mass at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 9, at St. Benedict’s Catholic Church, in Auburn with the Rev. James Palakudy officiating. Burial will be in Auburn Cemetery.
Mrs. Rimini was born Oct. 1, 1935, in Auburn, the daughter of William and Florence Gilmore Coker, Sr.
Mrs. Rimini worked for Federated Funeral Directors and State of Illinois Department of Central Management Services (CMS) before retiring in 2002. After retiring,she enjoyed traveling and watching her grandsons play ball.
She is survived by one son, Alan (Mary Ann) Rimini; two grandsons, Jason (Ashley) Rimini and Brian (Rachel) Rimini; six great-grandchildren, Mason, Madeline, Avery, Isaiah, Stevie Ann and Rocky; and one brother, William J. Coker, Jr.
