Maurice Gene “Mo” Blackburn, 79, of Palm Coast, FL, formerly of Coffeen, died on Sunday, November 26, 2023 surrounded by family.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Mr. Blackburn was born April 15, 1944 in Hillsboro, Illinois to Wayne and Virginia Blackburn. He graduated from Hillsboro High School with the class of 1962.
He had just recently celebrated 50 years of marriage to Janet Blackburn, and she survives.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Blackburn is survived by his daughters, Carrie Blackburn of Fort Myers, FL, and Dayna Morgan of Palm Coast, FL, and son Christopher Blackburn of Charlotte, NC; brother Tom Blackburn of Chatham; and several nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
