Myrna Ann Throne, 84, of Gillespie, died at 6:55 p.m. on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at her residence.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday, March 31, at Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie . Funeral services will begin at 1 p.m. on Friday afternoon at the funeral home. Burial will be at Prairie Lawn Cemetery in Carlinville. Kravanya Funeral Home in Gillespie, IL is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ms. Throne was born on Oct. 9, 1938, in Gillespie, to Matthew Holden and Ruth (Butcher) Holden. She was a homemaker and enjoyed working puzzles.
Ms. Throne is survived by her children, Don (Deborah) Throne of Staunton, Randy (Tracie) Throne of Litchfield and Vicki (John) Damm of Murrayville; many grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, David Throne; and siblings, Donnie Holden and Arlene Holden.
