Pam S. (Blankenship) O’Keefe, 66, of Litchfield, died on Wednesday afternoon, June 14, 2023, at her home.
Services will be held in St. Louis, MO, at a later date. Litchfield Family Funeral Service is assisting the family with arrangements.
Ms. O’Keefe was born on Sept. 12, 1956, in St. Louis, MO, a daughter of John and Mary (Nelle) Blankenship. She had been employed in the billing department at Charter Communications for several years before retiring. Ms. O’Keefe enjoyed scrap booking and knitting in her spare time. She was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and enjoyed watching them on television. Her grandchildren gave her great joy, watching them grow up and spending as much time as she could with them.
Ms. O’Keefe is survived by her children, Rebecca (Edward) Skaggs of Licking, MO, Patrick Wayne (Heather) O’Keefe of Litchfield, and Brian (significant other, Sonya) O’Keefe of Litchfield; 12 grandchildren, Tyler, Kaylin, Kayleigh, Dylan, Sean, Dominic, LJ, Aubrey, D.J., Verona, Bailey, Abby and Savannah; great-granddaughter, Aubrey; siblings, Rick (Barb) Blankenship of St. Louis, MO, and Keith (Linda) Blankenship of O’Fallon, MO; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Mary Ann Blankenship.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Jim Blankenship.
